Q: What are your business hours?
A: Dynasty Remodeling isn't like other businesses.  We don't keep hours!  Our company operates on
a customer priority bases.  Which simply means if you have a problem, and need our services ASAP we will be there, when others won't. 

Q: What areas do you service? 
A: We will come to you.  Near or far doesn't matter. (But, if you have a leaky sink, and you live 3,000 miles away. Better call a local plumber).  We will cater to you're geographical location, for bigger jobs. 

Q: How many employees does your company have?
A: Dynasty Remodeling is a family business.  At any given time there could be from 2 to 20 employees, depending on needs and the scope of any particular job.  We can sub-contract out jobs we can't do.  We are growing and expanding our companies capibilities everyday!

Q: What if I need a certain job done right away, even after business hours?
A: If there is a repair or job that needs to be done ASAP, i.e. "It cant wait until the morning".  We will send as many people to you as needed to get that repair or job done to your satisfaction.  (Drive time must be alotted).

Q: What is your billing policy, i.e. "How do you bill me"?
A: A Dynasty Remodeling estimator will write you a free estimate.  If you choose and agree to use our services at anytime, a Dynasty Remodeling employee will then have you sign a straight forward contract.  This short contract is binding not only to you but to us as well.  The dates and amounts will not be changed.  Even if an estimator under bids a particular job.  We will never change our estimate or bill you more money!   Guaranteed!!!  You will have a copy and our company will have a copy.  

Q:  What don't you do?
A: Our Family Based Business approach is "Just Ask".  If we don't do it, we know someone who does or can get you in touch with someone who does.  Thats what makes our company different!
